Self-Exclusion and Timeouts

Timeouts (Short Breaks)
Timeouts temporarily prevent access to your account for a short, fixed period. Once a timeout begins, you will not be able to log in or play until the timeout ends.

Timeouts automatically expire at the end of the selected period. Additionally, after the 7-day suspension period, your account will be automatically reactivated unless further action is taken. If no timeout or self-exclusion option is selected, a default 7-day suspension will apply. During the timeout period, any deposits made to your account cannot be accessed or refunded. These funds will remain secure in your account and will become accessible again once the timeout period concludes and your account is reactivated. Additionally, account reactivation is an automatic process that occurs immediately after the timeout period ends. There is no action required on your part to reactivate the account, and it is not possible to manually override or expedite this process.
Self-Exclusion (Longer Breaks)
Self-exclusion is designed for users who feel they need a longer, more definitive break from gambling activity. During a self-exclusion period, account access is fully blocked.
Available self-exclusion periods:
6 months
1 year
3 years
5 years
Permanent
Self-exclusion is irreversible, and access cannot be restored until the full period has passed.
How to Request a Timeout or Self-Exclusion

Important Notes
Withdraw Balances First
Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting a timeout or self-exclusion. Once active, you will not be able to access your account to make withdrawals. Any funds remaining in your account during a timeout period will remain secure but inaccessible until the timeout concludes.
Irreversible for Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion periods cannot be cancelled or shortened. Be sure to select a duration that suits your needs.
