You can submit any of the following, as long as the document clearly shows your name, address, and date:

Bank or credit card statement
Government-issued document (tax statement, residence certificate, official letter)
Rental or lease agreement (signed)

Matches your account: Name and address must match your MetaWin profile.
Recent: Dated within the last 3 months.
How to Submit Proof of Address
Open your verification link: When verification is required, you’ll receive a unique Veriff link via email or in-app.
Upload your document: Follow the Veriff instructions to upload a photo or scan of an accepted document.
Complete verification: Veriff will review your submission. Once approved, withdrawals will be re-enabled on your MetaWin account.
