How to Change Your Display Name
Step 1: Log In to MetaWin
Access Your Account: Open MetaWin in your web browser and log in to your account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Profile Settings
Find Profile Settings: Look for the "Settings" option in the navigation menu.
Step 3: Edit Display Name
Locate Display Name: Once in your profile settings, find your current display name.
Edit Display Name: Click on the field and enter your new desired display name.
Step 4: Save Changes
Confirm Changes: After entering your new display name, look for a "Save Changes" button below the field.
Save Changes: Click on the button to save your new display name.
Important Considerations
Uniqueness: Your display name must be unique within the MetaWin community. If your desired name is already taken, you'll need to choose a different one.
Policy Compliance: Ensure your new display name complies with MetaWin's community guidelines and terms of service. Offensive or inappropriate names may be subject to moderation.
Limitations: Please note that you can only change your display name once every 24 hours. Additionally, changing your username will update your public profile URL (metawin.com/username) and deactivate your current referral links. To ensure continuity in your referrals, you’ll need to update any distributed links with your new username.
