Your display name is how you’re identified within the MetaWin community. Changing your display name is quick and easy, but should happen within the first 24 of creating your account. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log In to MetaWin
Open MetaWin in your web browser and log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to Profile Settings
From the navigation menu, click Profile to open your profile settings.
Step 3: Edit Your Display Name
Locate the Display Name field.
Click inside the field and enter your new desired name.
Step 4: Save Changes
Click Save Changes to confirm and update your new display name.
Important Notes
Uniqueness: Your display name must be unique within the MetaWin community. If your preferred name is taken, you’ll need to choose another.
Policy Compliance: Make sure your new name complies with MetaWin’s community guidelines. Inappropriate or offensive names may be moderated.
Limitations: You can only change your display name in the 24 hours after creating your account.
Referral Links: Updating your username also changes your public profile URL (e.g.,
metawin.com/username) and deactivates your current referral links. Be sure to update any shared referral links after making changes.
