Why has my account been restricted or disabled?

Why an account may be restricted or disabled, and what happens next.

Q
Written by Queen | MetaWin

Accounts can be restricted or disabled for a number of reasons, including responsible gambling measures, account reviews and security checks. To protect players and their accounts, we can't always share the specific reason for a review.

If you requested a time-out or self-exclusion

Your account will be unavailable for the period you chose. Time-outs end automatically when the period is over. Self-exclusion can't be cancelled or shortened. You can find full details in Additional support.

If your account is under review

Our team will update you on your support ticket with the next steps. We may ask you to verify your identity, in which case you'll receive a secure verification link. We're unable to give a timeframe for reviews, but we'll let you know as soon as the review is complete.

Contacting us

If your account is disabled, you may not be able to log in to reach the Support section. Instead, go to metawin.com and open the support chat. You don't need to be logged in to use it. Tell us which account your message is about.

Bonuses while your account is restricted

Bonuses aren't awarded while an account is closed or restricted, and missed bonuses can't be added afterwards.

Further support

If gambling has been affecting you, Gambling Therapy (www.gamblingtherapy.org) offers free, confidential support.
