I forgot my password, what do I do?

MetaWin does not use passwords for any sign in method. All logins are handled through external providers such as your email service, Google, or your Web3 wallet.

If you cannot access MetaWin, it means you need to recover access to the external account you normally use to sign in.

If you signed up with email

MetaWin sends a secure login link and code to your inbox each time you sign in.

We do not create or store passwords.

If you cannot get into your email, you will need to recover your email account using your email provider’s recovery options.

Once you have access to your email again, you can request a new login link and sign in normally.

If you used Google to sign up

If you sign in with Google Authentication, your Google account controls your access.

If you cannot access your Google account, you will need to complete Google’s account recovery process.

After regaining access, you can sign in to MetaWin as usual.

If you used a Web3 wallet to sign up

If you created your account using a wallet such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or WalletConnect, your wallet is your login.

If you cannot access your wallet, you must recover it through your wallet provider’s recovery tools. This normally requires your seed phrase or backup method.

Still locked out
