Voided bets

Why a bet may be voided, and what to do if it affects you.

A voided bet is cancelled and treated as if it was never placed. Here's why it can happen and what to do if it affects you.

Why a bet may be voided

  • The event is cancelled or postponed. If an event doesn't go ahead as scheduled, bets on it may be voided.

  • The price was obviously wrong. If odds were clearly displayed or calculated incorrectly, MetaWin can void the bet. This includes a payout more than 100% higher than the market average. You can read more in the Odds / Time Changes section of our sportsbook terms.

Checking your bet

You won't always receive a separate message when a bet is voided, so My Bets is the best place to check the status of your bets.
