Every sports bet has its own Betslip ID. If you need help with a bet, sending us the Betslip ID lets our team find it straight away.

Log in to your MetaWin account and select Sports.

Select the betslip icon in the top right corner, next to the MetaWin logo, and open My Bets.

On the bet, under the MetaWin logo and next to the date and time, you'll see Betslip ID.

Select the copy icon next to it. The ID is copied, ready to paste into your message to us.

1. Log in to your MetaWin account and select Sports.
2. Select the betslip icon in the top right corner, next to the MetaWin logo, and open My Bets.
3. Find the bet you need.
4. On the bet, under the MetaWin logo and next to the date and time, you'll see Betslip ID.
5. Select the copy icon next to it. The ID is copied, ready to paste into your message to us.

Contact our support team through the Support section on the left-hand side of your account and paste your Betslip ID into your message.
