Withdrawal limits

How much you can withdraw every 24 hours, based on your MetaMax tier.

Q
Written by Queen | MetaWin

The maximum amount you can withdraw depends on your MetaMax tier. These limits apply to both Web3 and custodial withdrawals, over a rolling 24-hour period.

Withdrawal limits by MetaMax tier

  • Unranked: $10,000 every 24 hours

  • Bronze: $25,000 every 24 hours

  • Silver: $50,000 every 24 hours

  • Gold: $100,000 every 24 hours

  • Platinum: $125,000 every 24 hours

  • Red Room: $500,000 every 24 hours

How net deposits affect your limit

Your limit for the next 24 hours is your tier limit plus your net deposits. Net deposits are the total crypto you've deposited into your MetaWin account, minus any withdrawals you've made, in the last 24 hours.

Example: you're at Gold tier and deposit $2,000. Your withdrawal limit for the next 24 hours is $100,000 + $2,000 = $102,000.

If you reach your limit

Further withdrawals will be blocked until enough time has passed for your recent withdrawals to fall back within your limit. You can check your MetaMax tier in your Rewards dashboard.
