Custodial wallet withdrawal requirements

Everything you need to have in place before making a custodial withdrawal on MetaWin: deposit history, wagering, minimum amount and fee.

Before you attempt a custodial withdrawal on MetaWin, make sure you meet all of the following requirements. These are the most common reasons a custodial withdrawal is unavailable or fails to process.

1. You must have previously deposited via your Custodial wallet

To make a custodial withdrawal, you must have previously made a deposit using any Custodial wallet currency on your account. If you have not yet deposited via Custodial, the withdrawal option will not be available to you.

Once you have, you'll receive a confirmation email each time you request a custodial withdrawal. Open it and confirm the withdrawal. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder.

2. Your deposit must have been wagered 1x

All deposited funds are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. This means you must wager an amount equal to your deposit at least once before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

HODL play does not count toward this wagering requirement.

3. Minimum withdrawal amount: $20

The minimum amount you can withdraw via a Custodial wallet is $20. The system converts your chosen currency to the base currency, and if the amount is not $20 or more, the withdrawal will not process.

Each custodial withdrawal has a $2.50 fee.

4. Any login method works

You can make a custodial withdrawal however you log in, whether that's with email, Google or a Web3 wallet, as long as you meet the requirements above.

Each balance can only be withdrawn its own way. A custodial balance can only be withdrawn as a custodial withdrawal, not to your Web3 wallet. A Web3 balance can only be withdrawn to your Web3 wallet. See Withdraw your Web3 funds for the first time.

5. Use the correct network

Make sure you are using the correct network for your chosen currency. The network is displayed on the withdrawal page when you process your request.

6. Wallet addresses cannot be changed

Your custodial wallet address is fixed to your account and cannot be changed. If you have any concerns about your wallet address, please contact our support team through the Support section on the left-hand side of your account.
