MetaWin occasionally offers promo and bonus codes to eligible players through email, onsite promotions, or personalised offers. This guide explains how to apply a code and what to do if you run into issues.
How to apply a promo or bonus code
Log in to your MetaWin account.
Navigate to the Deposit page.
Enter your deposit amount.
Look for the Promo Code or Bonus Code field and enter your code exactly as provided — codes are case-sensitive.
Complete your deposit. The bonus will be applied automatically once the deposit is processed.
Important: Promo codes must be entered at the time of deposit. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to a deposit that has already been made.
Eligibility requirements
Promo and bonus codes are subject to eligibility criteria which may include:
Having a verified account
Meeting a minimum deposit or wagering threshold
Being located in an eligible region
The code being valid and within its active period
Common issues and fixes
Code not accepted
Double-check the code is entered exactly as provided, including capitalisation. If the code still isn't accepted, it may have expired or you may not meet the eligibility requirements.
Bonus not appearing after deposit
Allow a few minutes for the bonus to credit to your account after your deposit is processed. If it hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, contact our support team.
Code already used
Most promo codes are single-use only. If you've already used the code on a previous deposit, it will not be valid again.
